Fashion Arcade does not provide any refunds for purchases of any kind. All sales are final.

Exchanges

New, un-worn merchandise with original tags may be exchanged in stores for a different size of the same item within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the exchanged item, you will owe the difference.

DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS. PLEASE REFER TO OUR SIZING CHART OR GIVE US A CALL BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
